Ustronna 41, 93-350 Łódź hereby informs you that it will be the controller of your personal data; 2.    The personal data controller has appointed a data protection officer, who can be reached via email: [email protected]; 3.    Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) for the purposes of contacting you and responding to the issues you report in a form. 4.    Providing the personal data is voluntary, however it is also necessary for responding to the issues you report in a form;  5.    Your personal data shall be stored until the issues you reported in a form are resolved or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.  6.    You have the right to access your personal data and request it to be corrected, deleted, or limit its processing. 7.    To the extent that your personal data is processed on the grounds of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal of consent has no bearing on the legitimacy of processing that was performed prior to the withdrawal. 8.    To the extent that your personal data is processed in order to conclude an agreement or realise its provisions, or on the grounds of your consent, you have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. receive your data in a machine-readable, commonly used, structured format from the controller. You can transfer your personal data to a different controller. 9.    You also have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory data protection authority. 10.     Your personal data provided for the purpose of responding to the issues you reported in a form will be transferred to People’s Republic of China, where our Chinese subsidiary - Shenzhen TME Electronic Trading Company Ltd., has its seat. Shenzhen TME Electronic Trading Company Ltd. supports us in handling any activities undertaken by our customers through our website at www.tme.hk, including responding to the issues reported via contact form. The European Commission has not determined, that People’s Republic of China offers an adequate level of data protection. Therefore, we adopted appropriate safeguards within the meaning of article 46 of GDPR, by signing with Shenzhen TME Electronic Trading Company Ltd. standard data protection clause adopted by the Commission in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in article 93 (2) of GDPR.
