Heat dissipation support for components is necessary in many circuits. It is used, for example, with transistors responsible for controlling high loads and in high-power switching converters. It is also essential for cooling microprocessors, memory, laser diodes, as well as electromechanical components. Peltier modules help enhance heat transfer between the heating surface and the radiator, which is the heat sink.
The ATS Peltier modules available at TME have a power range of from 2W to 133.3W. The dimensions of the ceramic plates range from 10x10mm to 50x50mm, allowing you to choose an element optimally suited to the component being cooled. Depending on the model, the resistance ranges from 0.16Ω to 6.82Ω, and the maximum voltage and current values are in the range (respectively): from 0.8V to 24.1V and from 3A to 15A. The modules are connected using factory-installed wires with lengths of 1m, 1.4m, or 3m.
