SDRAMs by Alliance Memory

Alliance Memory specialises in supplying older (discontinued by other manufacturers) types of popular RAM chips. This makes it possible to continue the production and maintenance service of long-life cycle devices, such as those used in industry, communications or medicine.

TME offers a wide range of SDRAM (synchronous DRAM) solutions based on the CMOS technology that are pin-to-pin compatible with many standard chips discontinued by brands such as Samsung, Micron, SK Hynix, Elpida. Compatibility with products from other manufacturers has been described by Alliance Memory in a table of replacements, so that you can find use the original reference symbol to find a replacement chip.

Chips with different memory sizes (from 16Mb to 512Mb) and different configurations (x8b, x16b or x32b) are available. You can also base your choice on such parameters as: operating speed (clock rate and access time), SMD package size (surface mount) and operating temperature range (commercial or industrial).

In addition to the previously mentioned applications, the chips also perform well in new designs, where there is no economic justification for using the latest high-performance but expensive RAMs. An important feature of the range of products presented here is also the long-term availability of the chips. This will be particularly important for certified devices – re-certification will not be required if an identical replacement is used (but would be necessary if replaced with a newer version).
