The TME offer has been expanded to include switch-mode, DIN rail-mounted stabilised power supplies manufactured by Breve. They have been designed to support a wide range of supply voltages (90V to 264V AC) and frequencies (47...63Hz), which makes them suitable for use in typical mains power supply systems applied in virtually any corner of the globe. The power supplies come in versions with 12V or 24V DC output voltage.
The power supplies are dedicated to industrial automation systems. They are equipped with overtemperature protection (OTP), short-circuit protection (SCP), overcurrent protection (OCP) and overvoltage protection (OVP). In addition, the power supplies in the 240W version are fitted with a power factor correction (PFC) circuit. The front of the body features openings for operating the connector screw terminals, a potentiometer for adjusting the output voltage, as well as an LED which indicates the power-on status and the occurrence of an overload.
It should be noted that Breve power supplies have been manufactured in compliance with European standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EN55032, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3, EN55035) and safety for the power supply of information technology and office equipment (EN60950-1).
