Micro-Fit 3.0 connection cables are provided by ESPE. Thy incorporate Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 connectors and a PVC insulated TLYp cable with a 0.35 mm2 core cross-section (the insulation is black with a red stripe marking a single core). The products can operate at voltages of up to 150 V, temperatures ranging from -15°C to 70°C and the maximum current of 4 A. We offer connection cables which have between 2 and 10 pins and come in lengths of 0.2 m to 1 m. The factory-fitted Micro-Fit 3.0 connectors are available in the following connector configurations: male-male, male-female, female-female, male connector-unterminated cables, female connector-unterminated cables. The products are LVD and RoHS qualified.
The ESPE products presented here can be employed in stationary installations in both damp and dry environments. In addition, the connection cables can be mounted inside devices intended for various operating conditions, such as home appliances and consumer electronics as well as mobile workshop and household equipment. What is more, the cables can be successfully used in areas which require high flexibility (and in which there is no possibility of contact with hot components of the target application): sound and alarm systems, home and building automation systems along with control equipment and LED lighting systems. Not only can they act as a connection of PCBs fitted with compatible sockets, but they can also be used for connecting controllers to receivers and other related purposes, such as supplying power.
