The TME offer now includes the new generation of classic GN2 series SSRs by Crouzet. With their two independent channels, GN2 relays can be used for switching single-phase or three-phase electrical loads (for the connection method, please refer to the product documentation).
The series includes zero-voltage turn-on models (rated at 25A and 50A) designed for resistive loads, as well as an instantaneous turn-on version rated at 50A, intended for inductive loads. The maximum current can be achieved by using an external heat sink.
In most models, the loads are connected using screw terminals, the input signals are fed via a pin connector located in the front of the body. From the TME catalogue, you can purchase modules for connecting control wires using typical terminal blocks. A version of the relay equipped with 6.3 mm flat contacts is also available. The SSR can be controlled with DC voltages in the range of 4...32V DC or 10...30V DC, while the switched voltage reaches even up to 660V AC (depending on the model). Thanks to these features, the GN2 series SSRs will find use in a number of industrial applications, as components of production and storage systems as well as building automation systems, such as lighting control.
