GST360A series desktop power supplies

Mean Well is one of the suppliers who offer exceptionally many products at the TME catalogue. It is a well-known, reliable and respected manufacturer of power supply devices and converters for industrial applications (and many more). Today, we want to draw your attention to one particular solution by Mean Well – GST360A series desktop power supplies.

The products offered here are switched-mode power supply units, and their main advantage is high efficiency (even 95%). They feature a single output, which supplies voltage ranging from 12 V up to 55 V DC (depending on the model). Their power rating can reach from 330 W up to 360 W, so the output current can have values from 6.55 A up to 27.5 A. Moreover, these power supplies are intended for indoor use, in industrial and consumer applications. Desktop power supplies can be used in various conditions, as they are designed to operate in ambient temperatures between -30 and 70°C. They also have a one-meter long output cable with one of the two possible terminals: MOLEX 39-01-2060 6pin connector or MOLEX 39-01-2080 8pin connector (in both cases, the contact pitch is 4.2 mm).

The abovementioned products by Mean Well can be supplied with AC voltage (85…264 V AC) or DC voltage (120…370 V DC). Such a wide range of parameters means that the power supplies can be used practically everywhere on Earth, as they are in compliance with all local power standards. To connect a power supply from the GST360A series, you need a cable with an IEC C14 plug.
