B-iRON cordless soldering station from JBC

B-iRON is a new generation of cordless soldering stations in the JBC product portfolio. The first model of the series has just been introduced to the TME catalogue, namely the JBC-BI210A – precision station designed for soldering SMD components. The soldering iron communicates with the main console via Bluetooth 2.0 offering a 10m range. The battery is charged (up to 80% in 15 min.) when the tool is placed on the support. A single charging allows to perform up to 100 soldering joints. An additional advantage of the device is the auto-sleep and hibernation function, i.e. reducing the temperature of the soldering tip, which extends its life 5 times. Moreover, the device can be locked with a password. Its software also allows for fine temperature calibration, as well as for the storage and presentation of usage statistics. The 7-inch console screen also displays the current temperature and power supplied to the soldering tip (equipped with an integrated heating element). Thanks to the large touchscreen display, changing the unit's operating parameters is simple and convenient.

The soldering iron has a power rating of 24W and its operating temperature can be adjusted within the 200°C – 450°C range. The support ensures safe and easy exchange of "hot" soldering tips. The soldering iron is compatible with the JBC-C210XXX series soldering tips available from the TME warehouses.
