Schlegel is a renowned manufacturer that has been present on the market of electromechanical components for almost 80 years. The company specialises in the manufacture of safety components and control systems. Among them, contact blocks are especially worthy of attention.
The contact blocks offer an IP rating of IP00 and IP20. They can operate over a wide range of temperatures, from -40°C to 70°C, which makes them ideal for use in numerous devices designed to control or operate various processes. The key stroke ranges from 3 mm to 6 mm, and the components have a minimum mechanical life of 100,000 to 1,000,000 switching cycles. To make sure that they are suitable for as many applications as possible, the manufacturer has developed versions with several contact configurations (including NC, NO, NOx2, NCx2, NCx2+NOx2). They can operate with a resistive load of up to 1.5 A at 250 V AC, 6 A at 440 V AC, and 2 A at 24 V DC (depending on the model), which makes them truly versatile solutions.
