The nanocrystalline metal core, high permeability and inductance are some of the most important properties of these components. Their advantages are high 1000V AC/DC rated voltage and a wide range of operating temperatures (from -40°C to 150°C). The base and cap stand out with their UL94V-0 class flame retardance. Additionally, the components are AEC-Q200-qualified for the automotive industry, which means they can be used in car electronics.
These products are typically installed in chargers for hybrid and electric vehicles (EV/PHEV), as well as 86kHz wireless charging systems. In cars, such components are used mainly in power drives for steering and air conditioning control elements. They are also suitable for high-voltage EMI filters, especially if they are supposed to be used in harsh conditions.
