The products from the DPWL series are characterised by their small size (17.5 x 16.5 x 16.7mm or 17.5 x 17.5 x 13.7 mm) and a selection of square and round shapes. The components offer red, blue, green or yellow spot LED illumination. The gold-plated switch contacts feature a SPST-NO configuration. The body is mechanically mounted, i.e. screwed into a panel opening (13.6 mm in diameter).
A remarkable feature of the DPWL series products is their IP67 rating, which guarantees full protection against dust and also against short-term immersion in water (as well as precipitation). This, combined with a wide range of permissible operating temperatures (from -30°C to 85°C) makes it possible to use Knitter-Switch products in environments where they will be exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
