Toggle switches
Toggle switches are commonly used in industry, transportation, and other applications requiring mechanically and electrically durable on/off switches. They are available in several versions: they have 1, 2, or 3 stable positions, 2.54 mm, 4.3 mm, and 5.08 mm pitch, and they are designed for PCB mounting or panel mounting (clamping nut). Gold-plated or silver-plated (depending on the model) contacts ensure minimum connection resistance. We offer high current switches (6A at 6V) with high ingress protection rating (IP67) and a wide range of operating temperatures (from -45°C to 140°C).

Micro TACT switches
Micro TACT switches are commonly used in household appliances or control panels – they are characterised by their long life, small size, and unambiguous, tactile "click" that reassures the operator that the connection has been made. The advantages of TACT microswitches by Knitter-Switch also include high current tolerance, keys of various shapes, availability in THT and SMD variants, and 1.5 mm to 6.5 mm pitch.

Micro SNAP action switches
The SNAP ACTION microswitches from Knitter-Switch are made from insulating materials to ensure safe use - which is important, as their maximum switching current is 0.5 A at 30 V AC. The products have long service life (up to 300 000 cycles) and SPDT contact configuration. Toggle switches / SNAP switches are widely used in automation, as switches/limit switches, open/close detection sensors, and in control panels.

Slide switches
Slide switches are primarily known from many everyday devices, where they serve as switches. Their simple design and small size make them ideal for use primarily in compact equipment, such as battery-powered devices. Knitter-Switch slide switches deserve special attention. Their slider is sealed with a rubber cap, making them IP67 rated. Push buttons
Pushbutton switches in TME's offer are available in two groups: switches installed in enclosures and in the panel opening. The latter have been designed primarily for industrial applications, e.g. control boxes: they have solid housings, keys in various dimensions (from 6.1 mm to 13.6 mm) - they are IP67 rated (dust and waterproof) and designed to last half a million cycles (selected models). DIP-SWITCH
DIP-SWITCH switches are installed on PCBs (through-hole or surface mounting) similar to integrated circuits. They combine 8 bistable switches in a single package. They are typically used in automation controllers and other devices that require pre-setting - and are used to indicate the desired function or operating parameter of a circuit. They are not designed for frequent use. However, these Knitter-Switch switches have high thermal resistance (for selected models: -40°C to -105°C) and their contact rating is 24 V or 50 V DC.

Vandal-resistant
Vandal resistant switches are installed in lifts, ticket machines, and other public utility devices - thanks to their high resistance they meet the requirements of many industrial applications. The Knitter-Switch range includes aluminium and stainless steel models, with one or two stable positions, IP67 or IP68 rating, and a contact load of up to 3 A at 28 V DC (selected models). The PBP22ANM-R-RGB-150 switch, which features RGB LED backlighting, is designed to last up to 50 million cycles and thus deserves special attention.

Rotary coded switches
The last group of products from Knitter Switch are rotary coded switches that perform a function similar to DIP Switches, i.e. setting parameters - usually in microprocessor or microcontroller systems. We offer decimal and hexadecimal switches, i.e. with 10 or 16 stable positions - in SMD and THT variants, resistant to high temperatures and enclosed in cases with a base area of 10 mm by 10 mm.
