This brand is a fast growing manufacturer of electronic, automotive, industrial, thermal, fuse, PTC and SMD fuses, as well as fuse holders and sockets. All OptiFuse products are RoHS and REACH compliant, lead-free, and many of them hold safety certifications such as VDE (German Verband der Elektrotechnik institute), Semko and UL, among others.
The cylindrical fuses, available from TME, are worth special attention. This range includes the fuse series with sizes ranging from 5x20mm to 6.85x32.4mm in fast-acting (FCD and FSA series) and time-lag (TSC, TSA series) versions. They are glass and ceramic components fitted with brass or copper contacts (tin- or nickel-plated to ensure resistance to corrosive agents). The available fuses are designed for voltages from 32V to 250V AC and current ratings from 100mA to 30A.
