AURA SEMICONDUCTOR specialises in the development and manufacture of advanced circuits designed for the processing and synchronisation of clock signals in high-frequency systems. The circuits feature multiple inputs and outputs and boast high performance, as well as support for advanced PLLs (Phased Locked Loop) with an adjustment function. These products can be programmed using I2C and SPI interfaces.
The main advantage of the supplier’s circuits is their capacity to significantly reduce jitter occurring during digital signal processing. The influence of external factors, the distance between circuits and even the quality of connections can affect the digital signal, distorting it from a perfect square wave. This introduces the risk of timing desynchronisation between components and, as a result: falsification of bit values or, at the very least, hindering communication throughout the system. Such erroneous timing and its consequences are called jitter.
AURA SEMICONDUCTOR circuits are used in high-frequency data transmission (e.g. Gigabit Ethernet), devices for digital data transmission over wired and radio networks, microwave circuits, as well as applications in the field of audio-video transmission, mobile telephony, etc. Their advantages include a wide operating temperature range (from -40°C to 85°C), which makes it possible to use these products in many industries characterised by variable or extreme environmental conditions.
