Privacy filters from Qoltec make the information displayed on the monitor visible only to the person sitting directly in front of the screen. In this way. they ensure that data entered into (or downloaded onto) the computer remains inaccessible to third parties. Such a solution is one of the methods of personal data protection required by a number of international and domestic regulations. A person looking at the monitor from the side (at an angle exceeding 60°) will only see a black screen. Such filters are a perfect solution both for mobile and stationary work, in the office, in financial and public institutions or wherever confidentiality of information must always be ensured. Naturally, this function of filters may also be needed due to purely personal reasons.
The TME range includes Qoltec privacy filters matched to screen sizes ranging from 11.6” (small laptops) up to 27” (desktop monitors). The coating thickness is 0.5 mm. Some of the products have been developed with specific computer models in mind, e.g. Apple MacBook Air, Pro, etc. All the filters feature an anti-reflective coating. Their additional function is to protect the surface of the display from both dust or dirt and scratches. The mounting kit supplied with the product facilitates quick and precise application of the filters on the monitor screen.
