TME offers a wide selection of test connectors, used both in laboratory equipment and installations for specific workstations. This assortment now also includes 4-millimetre sockets for panel mounting from German manufacturer Schützinger.
These accessories belong to the SEB6446 series and are rated for CAT III 1000 V. They are characterised by excellent electrical parameters: they can operate at voltages of 1 kV and currents of up to 32A (rated current). The sockets are available with either nickel-plated or gold-plated connectors. Typically, these components are installed by inserting and clamping them (with a clamping screw) into pre-drilled plates of plastic, metal, etc. It is also worth noting that, through TME, the supplier offers a special screwdriver designed for carrying out installation works.
Schützinger has manufactured these connectors in a variety of colours, which is why they can serve in power, test and even signal applications such as quality control stations. They are available in the following colours: black, red, blue, green and yellow.
