High capacitance and pulse current of SPSCAP supercapacitors

With the development of alternative, electrically-powered modes of transport, supercapacitors are becoming increasingly popular. TME offers supercapacitors with three permissible operating voltages: 2.7V, 2.85V and 3.0V DC. All CDCL series supercapacitors boast a capacitance of 3000F, low leakage current and long service life (which, as stated by the manufacturer, is at least one million cycles). TME offers capacitors with leads in the form of threaded terminals or axial versions designed for laser welding. The components can operate over a relatively wide temperature range, from -40°C to 65°C.
