The new VS-K70WP-8 loudspeaker (manufacturer no. 2870) from renowned German manufacturer Visaton has just been added to the TME catalogue. It is a full-range (200 Hz–5 kHz) device, which means it emits sounds over a wide frequency range audible to humans and reproduces the human voice well. As such, it can be used, for example, to play pre-recorded announcements, instructions, warnings, etc. The loudspeaker diameter is 7 cm (2.8 inches).
The loudspeaker features a basket and membrane made of plastic, which gives the product a high IP67 rating and makes it particularly well-suited to the needs of outdoors applications (e.g. machines and devices in public spaces) and in other places with adverse ambient conditions (i.e. characterised by high humidity and dust concentration, etc.). All in all, the VS-K70WP-8 loudspeaker has been designed to emit sounds from low-power electronic devices, primarily in the field of communication and information systems.
