NOTICE! Issuing a complaint does not release the customer from obligation of paying for the invoice for the time of examining the complaint.
RULES FOR RECEIVING AND PROCESSING COMPLAINTS
The complaint procedure is conducted in accordance with the law and the seller’s terms and conditions.
- Do not remove our identification labels from the products.
- Leave the products in their original packaging and store them according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Fill in the complaint form attached to the parcel and send it together with the products, by post, to our address (we do not accept COD parcels).
- If you are an individual customer (consumer), please contact the Complaints Department at +48 42 645 55 65 before sending the products.
- In case of positive complaint consideration, as confirmation of the agreement of the conditions between the parties and their implementation a corrective invoice will be issued.
INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of exercising your rights under applicable law in connection with a contract of sale, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The recipients of your personal data may be entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller in connection with the processing of complaints and may include, among others, IT service providers, courier companies, payment operators, where such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the controller and only in accordance with the controller's instructions.
- Your personal data will be retained until the obligation to retain them expires, i.e. for one year after the settlement of the complaint.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the complaint to be filed and processed.
